The Tampa Bay Buccaneers hit the road for a Saturday night primetime matchup just outside the nation’s capital. Despite being the road team, the Bucs are the second-highest favorites of any team in the first round of the NFL Playoffs.
Tampa Bay has been installed as an eight-point favorite with -400 odds to win outright on the moneyline while Washington has +340 moneyline odds to win outright. In addition, the total is currently listed at 45 points.

Tom Brady (Tampa Bay Buccaneers)
Prop Bets Watch:
- Over 2.5 Passing TDs (+170)
- Over 287.5 Passing Yards (-115)
- Under 39.5 Passing Attempts (-105)
- Longest Completion: 37.5 Yards (-120)
Brady and the Bucs take on one of the best pass defenses in the NFL, although, we can make the argument that WFT is a bit overrated. In fact, the only reason they’re in the playoffs is because of their geographical location.
It has been a very easy closeout schedule for Brady this season, going against some of the worst defenses in the NFL. He took advantage of those matchups, throwing for at least 300+ yards and two TDs in four of the Bucs’ last five games. Tampa Bay is second-largest favorite this week, giving us a good idea that Brady will be good enough to get a comfortable victory.
JD McKissic (Washington Football Team)
Prop Bets Watch:
- Over 30.5 Receiving Yards (-120)
- Over 4.5 Receptions (+110)
Tampa Bay has a stout defensive front that will make it hard to run the football. Not to fear, Washington can get it done with a variety of short passes. WFT QB Alex Smith should find McKissic more than enough times to make it worth our while.
McKissic is clearly the more useful RB in this matchup for Washington. He has now at least eight targets in four of his last five games, and three games of at least 10 targets in that span. Washington should be trailing all night, so look for McKissic to get plenty of snaps.
