Welcome back to another preview of the best NBA prop bets on Monday, February 7, 2022. In this article, I will identify my best NBA props tonight to make a maximum profit and get us some more money to get going this week.
Tonight, we’ll take a look at a couple of team totals (Toronto Raptors, New York Knicks) and an individual prop bet on Chris Paul of the Phoenix Suns.
Best NBA Props Today (2/7/22)
Toronto Raptors at Charlotte Hornets
NBA Prop: Raptors Team Total – Over 112.5 Points (-115)
The Raptors have won five straight games, averaging 118.4 points per game over that stretch – and that includes 125 and 127 in each of their last two games. Leading the team during this stretch have been Gary Trent Jr (26.4 PPG), Pascal Siakam (24 PPG) and Fred VanVleet (20.6 PPG).
Tonight’s matchup against the Hornets adds further optimism, considering they run the fastest pace in the NBA this season. With the Raptors already playing well offensively, the up-tempo style will keep the points going up on the board.
Phoenix Suns at Chicago Bulls
NBA Prop: Chris Paul – Over 11.5 Assists (+105)
Admittedly, the Suns haven’t been at their best in these last two games. However, this is a team that recently had an 11-game winning streak, so we should expect them to get back on the good foot in what should be a spirited battle. Tonight’s matchup against the Bulls should be more up-tempo than usual; the Suns run the eighth-fastest pace while the Bulls are only at 18th.
Chris Paul is the one player I’m looking at above all in this contest. He is the leader, the straw that stirs the drink. CP3 is averaging 10.4 assists per game this season and even has 12+ of them in four of his last five games.
New York Knicks at Utah Jazz
NBA Prop: Knicks Team Total – Under 105.5 Points (-110)
The Knicks are in a bad way right now, losing eight of their last 10 games. In addition to that funk, they just spent the weekend in Los Angeles which is always a detriment for teams. And this is especially true since they blew a 20+ point lead against the Lakers on Saturday night in primetime on ABC.
I don’t see any way the Knicks make good tonight, this will likely be one of their more sluggish performances in recent memory – and that’s saying a lot. Things don’t look any better up ahead for the Knicks, as they’ll be playing a lot of road games in the coming weeks.
