The Sunday slate in NFL Week 14 gets capped off with a matchup between the Chicago Bears at Green Bay Packers. And with that in mind, I have turned my attention to my Sunday Night Football picks once again.

Sunday Night Football Picks for Bears at Packers
Packers (-12.5)
It looks like Justin Fields will be back for the Bears, and that’s not necessarily a good thing. The rookie QB has had plenty of struggles, so having an injury on top of that isn’t too appealing for a team hitting the road for a matchup in one of the NFL’s toughest road environments.
The Packers have won each of the last five meetings with the Bears, and 10 of the last 11. In fact, the last three have come by a double-digit margin. I don’t see any way that Fields goes toe-to-toe with Aaron Rodgers, and we’re seeing that in the huge 12.5-point spread.
Under 43 Points (-110)
The 43-point total isn’t too hopeful either for the Bears. There’s not a ton of inclement weather as the worst part will be 10-15 mph winds throughout the night. Both teams have actually been playing to a lot of overs lately, which is unusual for them. After all, the Bears are only scoring 16.8 points per game while the Packers are at 23.6.
As I mentioned, the low total doesn’t bode well for Bears optimism. If you’re playing fantasy this weekend, it’s probably wise to have the Packers’ defense going, and they’ll reward you with plenty of sacks and keep the score to a minimum. It’s also worth noting that Aaron Rodgers has thrown for fewer than 215 yards in four of his last five games against the Bears.
Under 4.5 Total Touchdowns in Game (-105)
Absolutely LOVE the odds on this prop bet, given what we know about the total on this game. 43 Points is not something that is inspiring much hope for a shootout. One thing I did not mention earlier is how well the Packers’ defense has been against the pass. QBs have not been putting up fantasy points against them and RBs are just getting bye. All in all, everything is shaping up for one of those classic NFC North slugfests.
Of course, one of the only ways we can run into trouble is if Packers kicker Mason Crosby is off his game. If he starts missing a couple of field goals, Green Bay may elect to go for it on fourth down instead of going for three points. However, I’m quite confident that Chicago may not see paydirt all night long.
