Charlotte Hornets at Milwaukee Bucks
Considering the Bucks had two full days of rest coming into this game, I would imagine they handle a Hornets team that has now lost two straight games. If that’s the case, Giannis Antetokounmpo will lose urgency throughout the game and possibly even minutes down the stretch.
Giannis hasn’t exceeded 28.5 points in two straight games, and in three of the last four. Milwaukee has been on cruise control with seven straight wins, coming by an average of just under 15 points. With things in their current state, Giannis likely won’t be needed to have a career night in scoring.

Denver Nuggets at Orlando Magic
Nikola Jokic has been a force on the glass with double-digit rebounds in all but three of his 15 games this season. Tonight’s matchup against the Magic should provide plenty of rebounding opportunities, considering they have the second-worst offensive efficiency and fourth-worst rebounding rate.
Of course, Jokic could fall into the same pitfall as Giannis in his matchup against the Hornets; he wouldn’t be able to maximize his full potential in limited time. However, the Nuggets are on the back end of their Florida two-step trip, and we have seen a few teams come out sluggish in this scenario. I’m not saying the Magic win outright or anything like that, but perhaps the game is still somewhat competitive.

Los Angeles Lakers at Sacramento Kings
Although Kyle Lowry is averaging 7.7 assists per game, I do believe he’ll fall just short of expectations tonight. This is actually quite a risk, considering Lowry dished out 14 assists in his last game. However, the totals before that weren’t all that zaftig as he missed the 7.5 mark in three of his previous four games.
Cavaliers’ games tend to be more lower-scoring than usual. I would expect a tight defensive game, thus holding Lowry to a limited number of helpers.
