Welcome back for Week 12 NCAA football action! Last week was another successful one, and I’m back to providing you with more expert college football picks to profit from. I’ve got three Week 12 college football picks against the spread in games featuring Iowa State at #13 Oklahoma, #6 Michigan at Maryland & California at Stanford.
Now, let’s take a look at where we can profit and which sportsbooks are offering the best college football odds to maximize our winnings.
Week 12 College Football Picks Against The Spread
Iowa State Cyclones at Oklahoma Sooners
It’s certainly odd to see a 9-1 team only favored by 3.5 points on their own field against a 6-4 team. As the old adage goes, “If it looks too good to be true, it usually is.” This line actually opened at -6.5 in favor of Oklahoma, and seeing crash down this far is even more concerning.
Iowa State has been competitive all season, with three of four losses coming in one-possession games. A lot of the value is lost by now, but you can always buy back up to the original spread by combining it with one or two easy winners on the moneyline.
Week 12 College Football Pick – Iowa State (+3.5)
#6 Michigan Wolverines at Maryland Terrapins
Things have not been going well for Maryland against elite teams – or really anyone. The Terrapins are 0-9 ATS in their last nine games against ranked opponents, 0-8 ATS in their last eight conference games, and 0-6 ATS in their last six games overall.
If that all wasn’t enough, Michigan has covered five of its last six games overall. These two teams are heading in opposite directions, so we should expect Big Blue to emerge victorious in this one.
Week 12 College Football Pick – Michigan (-14)
California Golden Bears at Stanford Cardinal
If possible, we would love to get this game at California -3 and avoid a by-the-hook disaster waiting to happen. Both of these teams have really struggled throughout the year, with Cal at 3-6 (2-4 in Pac-12) and Stanford at 3-7 (2-6 in Pac-12). In fact, the Golden Bears are allowing only 22.2 points per game this season.
Unfortunately, the offense is putting up just about the same amount (22.9) while Stanford is allowing 30.3 points per game. I doubt this rivalry game will live up to that of years past, but Cal’s defense can have a dominating night en route to victory in this one.
