Kansas City Chiefs (-7) at Washington Football Team – TOTAL: 55.5
This could be a get-right spot for Washington after a disappointing loss to New Orleans last week. The Football Team didn’t have to travel or even play the Sunday night game as the Chiefs did, so they should be well-rested. Kansas City walked away from last week’s loss with quite a bit of injuries, including WR Tyreke Hill, TE Travis Kelce and RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire- the latter of which got placed on injured reserve. Washington can put up enough points to keep this within a touchdown. There are already tons of bets coming in on Kansas City, and you know I love going the other way in that situation.
Los Angeles Chargers at Baltimore Ravens (-3) – TOTAL: 51
Typically, I’m not a fan of the team coming off a Monday night game. However, the Ravens are probably rolling on so much momentum right now that it’ll be a good thing for them against a West Coast team traveling all the East for a 1:00 breakfast game. QB Lamar Jackson was absolutely sensational on Monday night against the Colts, so look for him to still be in a good rhythm. The Chargers are probably due for a loss here too considering they have won three straight games, with all of them coming against impressive opponents.
Las Vegas Raiders at Denver Broncos (-3) – TOTAL: 44.5
The Raiders had quite the seven-day span, losing two football games and then their head coach. As we all know, the Broncos have one of the best home-field advantages in all of football. Those elements make it incredibly tough on the opposition, especially one that is dealing with all sorts of drama and a new coach. Broncos QB Teddy Bridgewater is still one of the spread-covering signal-callers in the NFL, so that is always an optimistic trend to follow. Not to mention, the Denver defense is one of the best in the league.
