Several different golfers can win this weekend in Jackson, as the course doesn’t necessarily play to one particular type of golfer. Of course, one angle we can look at is who putts best on the Bermuda greens. Sergio Garcia came out of nowhere to win last year’s title here at +7000 odds.

Sam Burns (+1600)
Burns has some of his best results on Bermuda greens, and the hope is that he can keep the good times rolling. Over his last four outings, Burns has finishes of T-18, 8th, T-21 and T-2, with the latter coming at the World Golf Championships-FedEx St. Jude Invitational.
In addition, Burns does have a decent collection of rankings we’re looking for on this course: Par 4 Scoring (12th), SGT2G (42nd) and Bogey Avoidance (53rd). While those numbers don’t look visually appealing, they are much more acceptable in a smaller field like this. Burns is tied with Will Zalatoris as the odds-on favorites to win the Sanderson Farms Championship outright.

Cameron Tringale (+3500)
I may have picked Tringale more than any other golfer for picks this season, but what can I say? I have confidence in the guy.
Admittedly, it hasn’t worked out as well as I would have liked this year. However, he could do some damage here in the less-talented field. Tringale has strong ranks in Bogey Avoidance (8th), Par 4 Scoring (12th) while ranking 50th in SGT2G. He has been right outside the Top-10 in a handful of recent outings, so hopefully he can break through here in Jackson this weekend.

Seamus Power (+4000)
Power comes into the Sanderson Farms Championship with some of the best collection of metrics we’re looking for in this field Par 4 Scoring (1st), Bogey Avoidance (7th), SGT2G (25th). He did hit a rough patch in each of his last two outings, but the lesser-known field won’t be hard for him to navigate here. Prior to those last two outings, Power had finishes of 1st (Barbasol Championship), T-8, T-8, T-19, T-19, and T-9. Talk about consistency!
