There is only one game for our NBA prop bets tonight. The Atlanta Hawks will hit the road for a Game 5 tilt in the Eastern Conference Finals against the Milwaukee Bucks. This has been a crazy series, so tonight should be yet another great finish.
At the open, basketball betting sites listed the Bucks as -2.5 favorites. Since then, we have seen some sportsbooks drop the line down slightly to -2 and that’s probably as good as we’ll get before tip-off tonight. I’ll dive into the movement a little more below, but it will certainly have an effect on how I approach betting this game.

Best NBA Props Tonight
Atlanta Hawks – Over 106.5 Points (-112)
The Hawks aren’t making things easy on us again, with both Trae Young and Clint Capela listed as questionable for Game 5. I’d like to think they will at least try and give it a go, but we’re really playing a guessing game at this point. Nevertheless, I’ll play that game, and bank on them to perform well from the 3-point line. With, or without Young, the Hawks are still going to shoot it from the outside. If ATL can keep up its frenetic pace from the last game, 106.5 points will seem like nothing with this prop bet.
Milwaukee Bucks – Over 108.5 Points (-114)
Well, at least you know that I like the over props in this game. Since Giannis Antetokounmpo is listed as doubtful, I expect the Bucks to play with a much faster tempo. Sometimes, Giannis will hold the ball at the top of the key for long periods of time. While it may bode well for him on an individual basis, it slows the tempo of the game down and puts his teammates in a funk. Look for the Bucks to move the ball more and keep the Hawks guessing.
Best NBA Player Props Tonight
Kevin Huerter – Over 2.5 Made Threes (+126)
Huerter hasn’t been great from behind the arc in this series (7-for-25, 28%), but it’s time for things to change. The status of Young might matter, but I still love the plus-odds we’re getting here as an NBA prop bet. Huerter certainly doesn’t lack confidence, as evidenced by taking at least five 3-pointers in each of the first four games. Not to mention, he has played at least 36 minutes in three of the four games.
PJ Tucker – Over 12.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-115)
This feels like the game Tucker was made for, and I’m sure he’ll play tons of minutes tonight with Giannis Antetokounmpo listed as doubtful. I expect Game 5 to be the most competitive game of the series, meaning he will be on the court at more opportune times. In fact, Tucker cleared 34 and 35 minutes in each of the two competitive games in this series, while only playing 26 and 27 in the two blowouts. In those two competitive games, Tucker hit the 12.5 P/R/A number.
