Best Low-Risk NBA Parlay Bet
Parlay Odds: +380
$20 risk: $75.91
This top NBA parlay bet focuses on winning your stake back and then some. This parlay is for the bettor who prefers low risk/low yield parlay bets. Remember the saying “slow and steady wins the race?” Well, this parlay bet won’t set the world alight, but it’s your best chance of beating the NJ sportsbooks.
7:30 p.m. EST – Toronto Raptors (ML: -310) at New York
Knicks
The Raptors have been excellent when favored by -7 or more,
going 10-0 SU/7-3 ATS in that situation – they’re also 9-0 SU/5-4 ATS as a road
favorite. When the two teams squared off back in November, Toronto clobbered
New York by 28 points. In addition, the Raptors have won five straight games
while the Knicks have lost nine of the last 11. Simply enough, we’re just looking
for Toronto to win this game outright, and we believe they’ll do just that.
8:00 p.m. EST – Denver Nuggets at New Orleans Pelicans (ML:
-158)
The Zion Williamson hype train took a while to get going, but it was fantastic to see him ball outrageous late in his NBA debut. He’ll be a fine addition to a Pelicans team that is playing solid basketball at the moment, now sitting only five games away from a playoff spot. New Orleans already beat Denver outright at home this season, and that was when the team was fully healthy.
The Nuggets are already missing Jamal Murray (ankle), Paul Millsap (knee) and Mason Plumlee (foot). Gary Harris (groin), who has already missed a few games, and Michael Porter (back) are both listed as questionable. Look for the Pelicans to take care of business and get their first win with Zion on the floor.
8:30 p.m. EST – Phoenix Suns at San Antonio Spurs (ML:
-178)
These two teams just matched up earlier this week, with the Spurs winning 120-118. San Antonio let a 19-point second-half lead evaporate before finally getting it back late. After a slow start to the season, the Spurs are putting together some quality wins in the year over teams like the Bucks, Celtics, Raptors, Heat and Pelicans. While it is incredibly tough to beat a team twice in the same week, we’re fully confident in the Spurs getting the job done once again.
10:30 p.m. EST – Indiana Pacers (ML: -235) at Golden
State Warriors
Every now and again, we’ll see the Pacers have a spread that
doesn’t make much sense. However, they usually seem to cover the spread in
those games. This is one of the better teams in basketball and they aren’t
getting enough credit for it. While the Warriors are playing much better of
late, they haven’t done so against quality opponents – and that’s exactly who
the Pacers are. Look for Indy, winners in six of the last seven, to continue
rolling.
Best Medium-Risk NBA Parlay Bet
Parlay Odds: +596
$20 risk: $119.16 payout
This parlay bet focuses on winning your stake back and then
some. This NBA parlay bet is for the bettor who prefers an evenly balanced
payout/risk ratio. The bettor who wants a decent payout, but is not reckless
with their parlay picks.
7:00 p.m. EST – Memphis Grizzlies +2 (-110) at Detroit
Pistons
Andre Drummond is probable to return after missing a game because of a lip laceration. However, it’s worth noting the Pistons are 3-13 SU/4-11-1 ATS after a win this season. The Grizzlies have yet to go four straight games, and if they don’t cover tonight, that’s exactly what will happen.
When looking at the two teams, Memphis is clearly the more talented one. Prior to beating a struggling Sacramento team on Wednesday, Detroit had lost eight of its previous 10 home games. Look for the Grizz to get back on the good foot against the Pistons.
8:00 p.m. EST – Los Angeles Clippers -2 (-110) at Miami
Heat
It’ll be interesting to see how the Heat come out after playing back-to-back overtime games – both against lesser opponents. And it won’t be easy, considering Jimmy Butler (knee), Kendrick Nunn (Achilles) and Goran Dragic (calf) are all listed as questionable. If all three are out, this could obviously wind up being a huge problem for Miami; ball-handling duties would be done by someone out of the ordinary.
The Clippers are dealing with injury issues of their own – Paul George (hamstring) has already been ruled out and Patrick Beverley (groin) is questionable. Obviously, the injury news will dictate how this game turns out. But for now, we like the Clippers to handle business down in Miami. Kawhi Leonard, Lou Williams and Montrezl Harrell are all capable of getting the job done.
8:00 p.m. EST – Sacramento Kings at Chicago Bulls -2 (-110)
The Kings are currently on a six-game losing streak (0-5-1
ATS) and it doesn’t look like things are getting any better. They were just
clobbered in Detroit by 21 points and are quickly losing a grip of their
season. Sacramento is really struggling with the loss of Marvin Bagley and
Richaun Holmes, making them more of a perimeter-only team. Chicago can really
take advantage down low and let Zach LaVine do his thing in between. Look for
the Bulls to get their fourth win in six games.
Best Big-Payout NBA Parlay Bet
Parlay Odds: +906
$20 risk: $181.18 payout
This top NBA parlay bet focuses on maximizing your winnings. This NBA parlay bet is for the bettor who is looking for the big payout from the NJ sportsbooks. The higher odds mean beats but we’re shooting for the stars here! No one ever bragged they won $10 and as such, so this is for the bettor looking for the big parlay win.
7:00 p.m. EST – Boston Celtics at Orlando Magic – Under 212.5
The trend of unders in Magic home games was snapped on Wednesday, but we believe things will go back to normal tonight. Regardless, 66 percent of games played in Orlando go under the total. In their last game against OKC, we thought it would be the Magic’s offense taking a hit after a long six-game road trip. Instead, it was the defense that was slacking.
That was an uncharacteristic performance for a Magic team that always plays great defense at home. Both Jayson Tatum (groin) and Jaylen Brown (ankle) are listed as questionable for the Celtics, and that could certainly bring the scoring down a bit. Kemba Walker can’t do it all on his own against a solid defense like this.
8:00 p.m. EST – Houston Rockets at Minnesota Timberwolves
ML (+176)
The Rockets finally got back on the good foot with a drubbing of the Nuggets on Wednesday. However, the five-point spread seems to indicate they could be in for a letdown tonight. When favored by 5.5 points or less, Houston is 2-7 SU/ATS – on the road in that situation, they’re 0-4 SU/ATS.
While the T-Wolves are on a seven-game losing streak, they are playing competitive ball with Karl-Anthony Towns back in the lineup. The Rockets did beat the T-Wolves by 20 and 30 points in the first two meetings this season, so there’s plenty of payback to dish out.
8:00 p.m. EST – Atlanta Hawks (+10.5) at Oklahoma City
Thunder
This will be the second-highest spread OKC has been favored by all season, and that’s not necessarily a good thing if you’re looking for them to cover. In fact, OKC is 6-3 SU/2-7 ATS when favored by -5.5 or more this season.
It would be great if we knew the status of Trae Young (thigh), who is listed as questionable. Assuming he plays, the Hawks would have a great chance to cover this double-digit spread. After all, ATL is 3-2 SU/4-1 ATS over the last five games.
