Gaskin went absolutely bananas last week against the Raiders, rushing for 87 yards and catching all five of his targets for 82 yards and two TDs. It was his first game back after a brief trip to the COVID list, but a damn good matchup against one of the NFL’s worst defenses against RBs.
This week’s matchup is a positive one against the Bills, who rank slightly below league-average against RB production. In fact, six different RBs have notched 100+ total yards against them this season. Gaskin, himself, was almost there in the Week 2 matchup going for 82 total yards in what turned out to be a high-scoring game.
Derrick Henry (Tennessee Titans) at Houston Texans
Sunday, 4:25 pm EST | Watch: CBS
NRG Stadium – Houston, TX
Prop Bets Watch:
- Over 118.5 Rushing Yards (-115)
The Texans have allowed the second-most rushing yards per game (151.7)- one of those performances was back in Week 6 by Henry, who rushed for a season-high 212 yards against this team. In fact, seven different teams have run for 150+ yards against Houston this season.
Henry has nine 100-yard rushing games this season, so the Texans know exactly what they’re up against. Houston is even allowing an NFL-high 1.3 rushing TDs per game this season.
Jonathan Taylor (Indianapolis Colts) vs. Jacksonville Jaguars
Sunday, 4:25 pm EST | Watch: CBS
Lucas Oil Field – Indianapolis, IN
Prop Bets Watch:
- Over 17.5 Receiving Yards (-115)
- Over 2.5 Receptions (-135)
- Over 88.5 Rushing Yards (-135)
Taylor is 84 yards shy of reaching the 1,000-yard mark for the season- quite the accomplishment for the rookie out of Wisconsin. It’s about time that the Colts started getting Taylor going, who has rushed for at least 74 yards in each of the last five games.
The Jaguars have been downright brutal this season and are looking directly at the No. 1 overall pick in the 2021 Draft; there is absolutely no reason to win this game. Jacksonville is allowing the third-most rushing yards per game (145.3) this season. In fact, nine different RBs have rushed for 80+ yards against the Jags this season.
