NFL Week 11 is here, and that means it’s time to start digging in on the slate early. Before some of these spreads move away from our favor, we can find value in taking them at the start of the week. In this article, I will identify my favorite NFL Week 11 Picks Against The Spread.
This week, there are three NFL picks to make before the lines go up for the following games: Indianapolis Colts at Buffalo Bills, Green Bay Packers at Minnesota Vikings & Dallas Cowboys at Kansas City Chiefs.
So let’s dive in and take a look.
Week 11 NFL Picks Against The Spread
Indianapolis Colts at Buffalo Bills (-7) – TOTAL: 49
The seven-point spread is intriguing for the Bills, who just had a tremendous showing in Week 10 – and that came after laying a dud on the road against the Jaguars.
Getting this line lower than -7 would be ideal, considering the Colts are a quality team. Plus, it feels like Indianapolis has been coasting along these last few weeks against sub-par opponents.
Having said that, Buffalo may have gotten a wake-up call in Jacksonville two weeks ago that puts them on the warpath. Let’s see where this number goes, but -7 is fine for now.
Pick – Bills (-7)
Green Bay Packers (-2.5) at Minnesota Vikings – TOTAL: 50.5 down to 49
I would love to get this at Vikings +3 somehow, and all it may take is simply buying up a half-point. The number here is curious, even though the Vikings have been playing noticeably better football over the last few weeks.
I feel like most people would jump on the Packers at -2.5 and be satisfied with the idea of getting Aaron Rodgers at less than a field goal against Kirk Cousins. It’s certainly worth noting that all but one of the Vikings’ eight games have been decided by one possession.
Pick – Vikings (+2.5)
Dallas Cowboys at Kansas City Chiefs (-2.5 to -1.5) – TOTAL: 56
I hate to be the fun police on the national TV game of the week, but the 56-point total outdoors is something that can turn our way at the end of the week. Not to mention, both defenses have been playing so much better of late.
The Cowboys have allowed 16 points or fewer in two of the last three games while the Chiefs have allowed 17 points or fewer in three of their last four games. Patrick Mahomes and Dak Prescott both had a strong Week 10, so the total certainly got inflated right at the open.
Pick – Under 56
