The Falcons have looked strong of late, winning three of their last four games, with the only misnomer being a last-second loss to the Washington Football Team. On the other hand, the Panthers look all out of sorts with four straight losses, the last coming to the lowly New York Giants. In fact, QB Sam Darnold even got benched in favor of PJ Walker in that last game. Atlanta looks to be locked in at the moment and has the home-field advantage to boot.

San Francisco 49ers at Chicago Bears
Both of the 49ers’ wins have come on the road, and I expect them to get the third one on Sunday against the Bears. Early in the week, Chicago head coach Matt Nagy announced that he tested positive for COVID and that will likely give the team some hiccups in preparation during the week. The Bears are already struggling on offense, as the latest bout of disappointment was handed out down in Tampa last week. Look for the 49ers to run the football effectively once again and maybe even set up the pass for some big gains by WRs Deebo Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk.

Dallas Cowboys at Minnesota Vikings
This should be a fun game to put a bow on the Sunday slate. I’ll take the points with the Vikings, and it’d be even better to get them at +3 at home. The Cowboys looked impressive to start the season, but now we may be finding out a little more about them based on recent opponents. After playing competitively in a loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Cowboys have rattled off five straight wins, but the last four have come against the Philadelphia Eagles, Carolina Panthers, New York Giants, and New England Patriots. This is going to be a great matchup between Vikings WRs Justin Jefferson and Adam Thielen against the Cowboys’ secondary. I do believe the Minnesota WRs will get the best of Dallas’ secondary here.
