Week 6 of the NFL comes to an end tonight with two fantastic games. In this article, I will break down the player props in the game between the Kansas City Chiefs and Buffalo Bills. Both teams come into this game with a record of 4-1, looking to put themselves in a position to inch closer to the Pittsburgh Steelers and Tennessee Titans, which both sit atop the AFC at 5-0.
The odds in this article are brought to you by Bet365 and William Hill.
Kansas City Chiefs at Buffalo Bills
5:00 p.m. EST | Watch: FOX
Bills Stadium – Orchard Park, NY
Projected Weather: 48°F, 60% Rain
Stefon Diggs – Over 5.5 catches (-130) + Over 81.5 Receiving Yards (-110)
While there should be plenty of rain in the forecast, I don’t expect it to affect Bills QB, Josh Allen, too much. This is a big guy that is used to playing in less-than-ideal conditions, so don’t let that deter you from taking any Diggs prop bets tonight.
WRs that profile like Diggs have already put up huge numbers against the Chiefs this season and with Bet365 offering
Will Fuller (HOU) | 8 rec, 10 targ, 112 yds |
Keenan Allen (LAC) | 7 rec, 10 targ, 96 yds |
Damiere Byrd (NE) | 5 rec, 10 targ, 80 yds |
Henry Ruggs III (LV) | 2 rec, 3 targ, 118 yds |
We are not done with just the total receptions market, because Diggs is developing a great relationship with Allen, which is showing on the pitch. I expect the Bills to pass the ball a lot more tonight and William Hill is offering great odds at
Wk1 vs. NYJ | 8 rec, 9 targ, 86 yds |
Wk2 @ MIA | 8 rec, 13 targ, 153 yds, TD |
Wk3 vs. LAR | 4 rec, 6 targ, 49, TD |
Wk4 @ LV | 6 rec, 7 targ, 115 yds |
Wk5 @ TEN | 10 rec, 16 targ, 106 yds |
Patrick Mahomes – Over 0.5 Interceptions (+120)
With the weather gearing up to be a rainy night, I don’t mind taking a shot on the unthinkable happening. After all, Mahomes did throw his first interception of the season last week against the Raiders and with
Today’s game should have a lot of pass attempts, so the sloppy weather gives up a little more incentive to take this chance. Mahomes will still get his on offense, don’t worry. If you’re rolling with Tyreek Hill or Travis Kelce in fantasy, it’s still probably going to be a lucrative night.
Devin Singletary – Under 12.5 Rushing Attempts
The odds are certainly up there but sometimes you’re going to have to pay a little to get some money. This is a situation that will bode well for us, considering the Bills will likely need to throw the ball in order to have success against the Chiefs tonight. Buffalo already has an NFL-worst rushing DVOA and ranks fourth worst in yards per carry. Granted, KC’s run defense isn’t great (fourth worst in rushing defense DVOA and third worst in yards allowed per carry), but it won’t matter much.
In fact, this would be an interesting game to take Allen with his rushing yards. Unfortunately, I haven’t seen any of those props yet, so you might want to do some digging around.
Don’t think Singletary will get the love tonight?
