The Kansas City Chiefs begin their Super Bowl defense with a Divisional Round matchup against the Cleveland Browns. This is expected to be the highest-scoring game of the weekend, so we’ll certainly be looking for quite a few overs in this one. Nevertheless, this should be an easy KC victory, moving them on to the AFC Championship.
Kansas City has been installed as a 10-point favorite with -500 moneyline odds to win the game outright while Cleveland has +400 odds to win the game outright. In addition, the total currently sits at 57 points.

Cleveland Browns at Kansas City Chiefs

3:05 p.m. EST | Watch: CBS
Arrowhead Stadium – Kansas City, MO
Teams | Spread | Moneyline |
CLE | +10 (-110) | +400 |
KC | -10 (-110) | -500 |
Total | 57 points |
Baker Mayfield (Cleveland Browns)
Prop Bets Watch:
– Over 1.5 Passing Touchdowns (-125)
– Over 263.5 Passing Yards (-115)
– Over 22.5 Passing Completions (-110)
– Under 13.5 Rushing Yards (-115)
It’s interesting to note that Mayfield is actually the oldest of four QBs left in AFC Playoffs. After pulling off the incredible upset in Pittsburgh last week, it would appear like this team could do anything. However, we should rein in the expectations quite a bit here.
While I don’t think the Browns will be successful on this trip to KC, I do think Mayfield will have a decent day individually. After all, we do have the highest total week of the week and the prop numbers on Mahomes are looking quite lovely.
Patrick Mahomes (Kansas City Chiefs)
Prop Bets Watch:
– Over 2.5 Passing Touchdowns (-120)
– Over 322.5 Passing Yards (-115)
– Over 27.5 Passing Completions (-120)
A big day is in store for Mahomes, who won the Super Bowl MVP last season. KC wasn’t necessarily in a lot of must-win games down the stretch, so forgive them if they start out slow on Sunday like they did it as this same time last year against the Houston Texans.
The RB situation is a bit murky in KC right now, so that’ll undoubtedly put Mahomes in more passing situations. Cleveland’s defense will typically try and force passes to the outside, potentially making this a huge day for WR Tyreek Hill.
