Week 15 of the NFL season gets kicked off with an AFC West matchup as the Los Angeles Chargers will make the short trip to face the Las Vegas Raiders. Not only is this a big game for the Raiders’ playoff chances, but this is also the start of the Final Four for most fantasy football players. Hopefully, some of this information can help you in making some crucial early-week decisions.
The Raiders have been installed as three-point favorites (-3) with their moneyline odds to win outright set at -170. On the flip side, the Chargers have +150 odds to win outright. The total on this game is set at 53.5 points.

Austin Ekeler (Los Angeles Chargers) at Las Vegas Raiders
Thursday, 8:20 pm EST | Watch: FOX/NFL Network
Allegiant Stadium – Las Vegas, NV
Prop Bets Watch:
- Anytime Touchdown (-110)
- Over 5.5 Receptions (-115)
- Over 56.5 Rushing Yards (-115)
- Over 40.5 Receiving Yards (-115)
- Over 100.5 Rushing + Receiving Yards (-115)
If you couldn’t tell from all of the overs on the props listed, I think Ekeler is going to have a huge night. After all, the Raiders run defense ranks dead last in DVOA and third worst in yards allowed per carry (4.7)- the same number of yards per carry that the Chargers RB tallies this season.
While the Chargers don’t necessarily run the ball much with Ekeler, they may want to simply because they can. Eventually, LA QB Justin Herbert will start looking his main man out of the backfield. Since returning from a lengthy absence, Ekeler has hauled in 24 of 34 targets for a total of 184 yards.
Ekeler hasn’t reached the end zone yet this season but this matchup against the Raiders is as good of an opportunity for an RB to do so.
Josh Jacobs (Las Vegas Raiders) at Los Angeles Chargers
Thursday, 8:20 pm EST | Watch: FOX/NFL Network
Allegiant Stadium – Las Vegas, NV
Prop Bets Watch:
- Anytime Touchdown (-163)
- Over 64.5 Rushing Yards (-120)
The Chargers are allowing the seventh-fewest passing yards per game (217.1) this season. With that being said, it’s a perfect opportunity for the Raiders to get Jacobs going again. Over the last three games, the former Alabama standout hasn’t eclipsed the 100-yard mark and only has one TD in that span.
The -163 odds for Jacobs to score a TD makes him (by far) the most expected player to reach paydirt. Next on this list is the man above, Ekeler, at -110.
Jacobs has only faced the Chargers twice in his career, rushing for a total of 136 yards and two TDs. There have been two RBs to go over 100 yards against LA this season and another four have gone for 80 yards or more- five of those six instances came in Week 7 or later.
Darren Waller (Las Vegas Raiders) at Los Angeles Chargers
Thursday, 8:20 pm EST | Watch: FOX/NFL Network
Allegiant Stadium – Las Vegas, NV
Prop Bets Watch:
- Anytime Touchdown (+100)
- Over 5.5 Receptions (-145)
- Over 62.5 Receiving Yards (-115)
As I just mentioned, passing the football against LA comes with a bit of risk. However, they have been vulnerable over the middle of the field. This season against the Chargers, six different TEs have gotten at least targets against this defense. I know that might not sound like a lot but LA hasn’t really faced a ton of premier TEs. But when this defense did face a premier TE…
- Travis Kelce: 9 rec, 14 tgt, 90 yds, TD
- Darren Waller: 5 rec, 10 tgt, 22 yds, TD
- Noah Fant: 7 rec, 9 tgt, 47yds
- OJ Howard: 3 rec, 6 tgt, 50 yds, TD
Waller is dominating the target share for the Raiders with 118- that compared to 64 from WR Nelson Agholor. After seeing that, and the numbers above against premier TEs, It should be clear as day how that Waller will be a big part of the game plan.
