With the Presential Debate taking place during the game, viewers may have one eye on that and another on the Thursday Night Football game between the New York Giants and Philadelphia Eagles. A win for either team would pull them closer the first-place Dallas Cowboys, who sit at a very underwhelming 2-4.
The game features two young QBs with a lot to prove – Daniel Jones of the Giants and Carson Wentz for the Eagles. A win on Thursday would silence the critics of one town, while the other would dial up the volume a bit more.

Daniel Jones – Over 26.5 Rushing Yards (-112)
Like usual, teams are running a lot more passing plays against the Eagles – and why wouldn’t they? Philly ranks fourth worst against the pass in DVOA, and that’s even with the opposition finding more success in the running the football. Don’t expect the Giants to attack the Eagles heavily on the ground, it’s just not how they’re built. in fact, the Giants rank second worst in rushing DVOA and tied for sixth worst in yards per carry.
This sets up for a nice spot for Jones to do big things with his legs – and by big things, I just mean that’ll do enough to reach his rushing yards prop. Jones does have nine career games with 25+ rushing yards, and the Eagles just allowed Lamar Jackson to run for 108 yards and a TD on Sunday. In addition, six different QBs ran for 25+ yards against Philly last season.
Jones did rush for 26 yards on three attempts against the Eagles last season so, naturally, the number is right here on the mark.

Boston Scott – Over 71.5 Rushing + Receiving Yards (-112)
The injury to Eagles RB Miles Sanders paves the way for Scott to break out in a big way on Thursday night. Granted, we did see this same opportunity for him back in Week 1 and fellow RB Corey Clement took some touches in the game. Scott did get slightly hurt, which took some of those touches away, but nevertheless it was Scott (13) out-touching Clement in this game.
Last year, with the Eagles playoff hopes on the line, Scott turned in two huge performances against the Giants. In terms of total yards, he went for 128 (59 rush yds, 1 TD | 6 catches on 6 targets for 69 yds) and 138 (54 rush yds, 3 TDs | 4 catches on 6 targets for 84 yds).
With the Eagles in a great position to win the division, expect them to go full force ahead and let Scott lead them to victory.

Greg Ward Jr. – Over 34.5 Receiving Yards (-110)
The Eagles are once again running thin with WR Alshon Jeffrey and TEs Zach Ertz and Dallas Goedert out. Beating the Giants over the middle of the field has worked best for opposing passing attacks this season, so we’ll look no further than Ward in this situation.
While the numbers aren’t necessarily great for Ward, he may just have balls catching him on Thursday. WRs DeSean Jackson and Travis Fulgham would likely see their fair share of Giants CB James Bradberry, who is basically the only defender with a pulse on the team. Ward would miss that matchup lining up in the slot, and the possibility of taking a slant pass from Eagles QB Carson Wentz to the house isn’t out of the question.
This season, Ward has only 24 catches on 34 targets for 191 yards but does have two TDs.
Ward For The Win?
William Hill is offering the best odds on Ward tonight at -110 for Over 34.5 receiving yards. New customers can maximize their winnings by claiming a
