Saturday’s second matchup features a pair of NFC West rivals that split the two regular season meetings. The Seahawks, though, did get the better of the Rams in Week 16 by the score of 20-9. Despite that win, Seattle’s offense hasn’t been able to do much historically against LA.
Seattle has been installed as a 3.5-point favorite with moneyline odds to win outright set at -175 while LA has +155 odds to win outright. In addition, the total has been set at 42.5 points.

CenturyLink Field – Seattle, WA

LAR | +3.5 (-110) | +155 |
SEA | -3.5 (-110) | -175 |
Total | 42.5 Points |
Robert Woods (Los Angeles Rams)
Prop Bets Watch:
- Over 52.5 Receiving Yards (-115)
- Over 4.5 Total Receptions (-160)
Woods didn’t have a great December to close out the season, but this is a matchup that has produced plenty of results in the past. Despite all of that waning production (max of 56 yards in last four games), he has still been targeted at least seven times in each of the last seven games.
Coming into this season, Woods has at least 89 yards in three of the previous four games against Seattle. This time around, though, LA head coach Sean McVay should have a better game plan to get Woods the ball. After all, it is do-or-die time for all of these teams and the argument can be made that he is still their best weapon.
Russell Wilson (Seattle Seahawks)
Prop Bets Watch:
- Under 1.5 Passing TDs (+110)
- Under 253.5 Passing Yards (-115)
- Under 24.5 Rushing Yards (-115)
In 18 career games against the Rams, Wilson has only passed for 300+ yards in one (ONE!!!) of those meetings. It’s also worth noting that he has only reached this 253.5-yard mark once in the last nine meetings with LA, and only once in the last seven games overall this season.
Point in case, the Seahawks will need to run the football in order to be successful against the Rams. Although, that could be a lot harder said than done, considering the Rams rank in the Top-5 of most advanced and traditional metrics on defense.
