After another exciting week of NFL action, it’s time to start preparing our NFL Week 4 Picks Against The Spread. As always, the best time to take advantage of these lines is early in the week, that way you can avoid overpricing due to bettors jumping too heavily on one side.
In this article, I will identify some of the best areas to exploit and make a huge profit in the Week 4 spreads.
NFL Week 4 Picks Against The Spread
Kansas City Chiefs (-6) at Philadelphia Eagles
While I was fond of the Eagles (with the points) in Week 3, it’s going to be a quick turnaround to the next week. After facing the Dallas Cowboys on Monday night, Philly now must prepare for the NFL’s most dynamic offense. That’s usually a tall order, doing that on a short week, in addition to doing it after facing your hated rival. In short, it’ll be tough for the Eagles to ratchet up that same type of intensity within six days of each game. The Chiefs are down in the public eye after losing each of their last two games, but this is the time to buy the hype. This line actually opened as Kansas City -8.5, so the value of getting it at -6 is where having an account on Caesars comes in handy.
Arizona Cardinals (+6) at Los Angeles Rams
After beating up on the defending Super Bowl champs, the Rams are going to be one of the more popular teams on the slate this week. They’ll be facing a Cardinals team that got all it could handle on the road against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 3. But this is a matchup between the top two teams in the NFC West, and it has been one-sided in favor of the Rams. In the last eight meetings, seven of those came by double-digits – the only misnomer was by seven points. I believe we’ll see that change because the Cardinals are much better than in years previous. Arizona did cover the spread in two of its three games already this season.
Baltimore Ravens at Denver Broncos (-1)
GRAB THIS ONE IMMEDIATELY!!! The line opened as Ravens -3 but even with most of the bets/money heading in their direction, the Broncos’ are now the slight favorite at most sportsbooks. Denver is off to a 3-0 start after playing three teams that have a combined 0-9 record, and perhaps the Baltimore bettors have that in the back of their mind. However, we know that The Mile High City is one of the toughest places to play in all football. Not to mention, Ravens QB Lamar Jackson is showing that these early-season struggles might not be a fluke after all. He does have four turnovers in three games, and those were against subpar defenses; the Broncos are not one of those.
